Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, June 6, 1953, son of Dr. Dean H. and Patricia Brunson Hepworth. He moved to Arizona in 1984. He was a master jeweler. Member LDS Church.
Married Kathy Jo Pugmire. Survived by his wife, Kathy Jo Hepworth, Mesa; stepson, Ben Pugmire, Salt Lake City; daughters, Nicole and Amber Hepworth, Salt Lake City; parents, Dr. Dean H. and Patricia Hepworth, Ahwautukee, Arizona; grandparents, Ezra James and Selma Hepworth, Ethel Brunson Romrell, all Salt Lake City; brother, Roger Dean Hepworth, Austin, Texas.
