She was born at Clarks Mills on February 26, 1919, a daughter of Joseph and Katherine Kneir Tienor. She attended schools at Clarks Mills and was a cook at Roepke’s in Charlesburg for the past 12 years. On Nov. 24, 1945 she was married to Wilbert Meyer at St. Mary Catholic Church, Clarks Mills. Mr. Meyer died March 12, 1968. Mrs. Meyer was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, New Holstein and its Christian Mother’s Society.
Survivors include two sons, Gary of Amityville, N.Y. and Michael of New Holstein; a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Mary- D’Onofrio of Melrose Park, Ill.; four grandchildren; four brothers, Emil of Brillion, Joseph of Manitowoc and Leonard and Arnold, both of Clarks Mills, and a sister, Mrs. Victor Koerner of Manitowoc.
A funeral Mass was held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, the Rev. Ralph Hermsen, pastor, was the celebrant. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
