Pat graduated from Whiteland High School in Whiteland, Johnson Co, Indiana in 1959. She worked at Indiana National Bank for 2 years. She then went to work for an insurance company. She started working for Winona Hospital in Indianapolis July 1967 as registrar. She worked there for 37 years and retired at age 63 - about 2004. She was at home for about a year and then she started working for G & H Wire (dental products) in Franklin, Indiana and worked there for about 4 or 5 years. As of October 2009 she was no longer working due to health problems.
She died at age 68 years 7 months 4 days.
She was cremated.
