In 1947, Ray and his father George Wacker founded Wacker's Trading Post on Delsea Drive in Pitman, NJ. They started out by selling used funiture and unusual items. This well loved local landmark now sells new furniture as well. I'm sure many people in the local area have bought furniture at their store.
