Crash Injuries Fatal to Mrs. Smith Fuller
LEROY -- Mrs. Smith Fuller, former resident of Leroy, died at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at her home in Fullerton due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident Sept. 1, 1931, near Boonville, Mo.
Mr. and Mrs Fuller and son Richard, had gone to Missouri on a business trip and were enroute home when the accident occurred. Mrs. Fuller was taken to St. Joseph's hospital, Bloomington, and later removed to her home.
Mr. Fuller and Richard were hurt in the accident but have since recovered. Also surviving is one sister, Mrs. A. M. Wilkes of Farmer City, and three brothers, Bert, Mansfield: Elmer, Atlanta, and Herbert, Kansas City, Mo.
Mrs. Fuller was formerly Miss Maude Killion and resided here until her marriage. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the home of her sister, Mrs. Wilkes in Farmer City. Burial will be in Hopewell cemetery near Downs.
