This is everything I have been able to find concerning Holmes Marshall Rich, his wives, his children, his life. As you can see he was married twice. 1st to Nancy Jane Allison 1862-1899, 2nd to Nancy Jane Pulliam 1872-1960. N J Allison died in Tennessee, I have searched and searched and have been unable to find a grave site for her. The woman buried beside Holmes is N J Pulliam. There are marriage records from the State of Tennessee for both marriages.
Why all of this, to verify why I am requesting a change in the name for the woman buried next to Holmes. It should be Nancy Jane Pulliam. (I know, when I research, I RESEARCH!)
