Funeral services for James T. Jennings, 60, who died at 1:10 am on Tuesday at his home in Blevins, were held Tuesday at 4:30 pm at Blevins Methodist Church. Rev Randolph Smith officiated with burial in the Blevins Cemetery. Pallbearers were W.I. Allen, R.C. Buckallew, J.E. Bowers, O.L. Bowers, Byron Courtney, and H.L. Stone.
Surviving is his widow; his mother, Mrs. E.L. Jennings of Eddy; his brothers, Ell Jennings of Marlin and Tom Jennings of Chico; three sisters, Mrs. Gail Dixon of Kerrville, Mrs. George Glenn of Mart, Mrs. J.L. McClain of Eddy; three daughters; Mrs. Earl Kincannon of Bruceville, Mrs. Moran Dickson of Eddy and Mrs. Kenneth Greer of Lott; five sons, Garvice Jennings, Smith Jennings, Elmer Lee Jennings, Eugene Jennings, and Ray Jennings, all of Blevins.
