Mary Louisa DeHaven (nee Bruce) was born March 28, 1856 in Knoxville, Iowa the daughter of Jacob Bruce & Mary Jane Crozier. She died March 30, 1941 in Cuyahoga Co., OH, age 85. She married at age 16, Oct 1, 1872 in Marion Co., IA, George Robert DeHaven. He was born Aug 28, 1845 in Frederick Co., VA and died Oct 31, 1902 in Adair or Cass Co., IA, age 57; buried in Old Union Cemetery, Adair Co. IA.


After the death of her husband, George Robert DeHaven, she married Edwin D. Hunt on April 6, 1907 in Waterloo, Black Hawk co., Iowa.
