Tom Russell was a longtime resident of Merchantville, NJ (1919 -1959). He was employed by the famous (Patrick) Kelly construction company of Philadelphia as a general superintendent of construction. Among his major projects were the Philadelphia Public Library at Logan Circle, City Hall Annex, and the 1925 St. Bridget Catholic Church in East Fall, Philadelphia. He also was involved in the construction of many other public buildings in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
