He was a very gentle man, kind, loving. He was a Christian and attended Antioch Church of Christ at Leslie, Mo.. Him and Blanche was very hard workers in the church. He truly showed his love of Christ in his daily life.

Marvin was a veteran of World War I.

His son Gordon was his care giver after Blanche died.
