He was born February 7, 1965 in Jacksonville to Wayne and Pat Smart.

Survivors include his parents, Wayne and Pat Smart; children, Sydney and Kyndall Smart of Texas, brother, Scott and his wife Shannon Smart, nieces, Morgan and Mallory.

Graveside services are 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 16, 2009 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park, Jacksonville, Don Eads officiating.

Visitation 1:00 p.m. (prior to service) at the funeral home. Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, 501-982-2136.
