Linda Kay Brinkman, 63, of Fort Collins, Colo. lost her yearlong battle with cancer on February 18, 2011. She passed away at home with her two beloved children and husband at her side. She was born in Mansfield, Ohio on April 11, 1947 to Richard and Evelyn Culver who preceded her in death. She grew up in Bucyrus, Ohio, graduating from Bucyrus High School in 1965 and marrying her high school sweetheart, Bill, later that same year. In 1974 Linda and her family moved to Colorado where she has been both a real estate broker and part owner of RE/MAX Advanced for the past twenty years. Along with being an amazing wife of 45 years, she was a devoted mother to two children, Jay and Shelane who also reside in Colorado. Her active lifestyle included golf, hiking, playing cards and traveling, but her favorite pastime was spending time with family. Linda is well known for her warmth and wit, her enthusiasm and energy, her style and sensitivity. She had a smile and kind word for everyone she met, and to those who knew her, she was unmatched in character. She will be missed by many and forgotten by none. In addition to her husband and two children, Linda leaves behind a brother, Jim Culver of Rising Sun, Maryland, and two sisters, Joyce Dillon of Delaware, Ohio and Ruth Culver of Bucyrus, Ohio.
