Born April 11, 1914 in Berkeley Springs, WV, she was the daughter of the late Elmer T. and Flossie Henry Rankin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond L. Bishop.
She was formerly employed as a seamstress with Jacobs Brothers of Hancock.
She was a member of Mount Olivet Presbyterian Church, Hancock.
She is survived by one daughter, Flossie Shives, Florence, KY; four grandchildren, Nancy Bender (David), Karen, Robyn and Michael Bishop; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Rodwell Raymond Bishop.
Services were held Saturday, February 27, at 3 p.m. at Mount Olivet Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Phillip Unger officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.
