SANDRA KAY (WILKERSON) CHODACKI, 54, died Saturday, Aug. 6, 2005, at University Hospital, Indianapolis. Born in Scottsboro, Ala., she was a Registered Nurse and teacher. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Survived by her husband, John Chodacki of Fort Wayne; daughter, Laura (Brian) Baker of Granger; son, John J. Chodacki of San Franclsco, Calif.; three grandchildren, Zachary, Sarah Cate and Ian Baker; sisters, Judy Griffin of Brighton, Ill., Shirley Allen of Flat Rock, Ala. and Glenda Hethcoat of Scottsboro, Ala. Service is 11 a.m. Wednesday at D.O. McComb 8 Sons, Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road, with calling one hour prior. Memorials to Sandra Kay Chodacki Fund.
