Margie Eunice Bailey Miller, 85, of Quitman passed away Monday February 28, 2011 at the Presbyterian Home after a lengthy illness.
Born in Hahira, Ga. she was the daughter Zetler "Bud" and Etta Dennis Bailey. Mrs. Miller had been a resident for the past two years moving here from Callahan, Fla. She was a retired bookkeeper for Thompson Co. of Tampa, Fla. and a member of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law; Sharon and bob Powell of Quitman, two grandsons; Jim and John Turner and two great grandchildren; Ashton and Logan Turner. She was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters; Owen Bailey, Roy Bailey, Annie Mae Bailey Moore, Odell Bailey, Ruth Bailey Alderman, Z.B. Bailey, Bill Bailey and T.C. Bailey.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 2 at 2:00 PM in Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery in Hahira, Ga. with Rev. Jay Roberson officiating.
