and was 78 years of age at the time he was murdered by his son, Willard in 1913.
He is the son of Walter and and Amanda (Beeman) Butler

James A. Butler married Ellen E. Plummer on Jan 1, 1867 in Green Co WI., and had three children; Inez (Butler)
Bartley b. WI, Willard L. Butler b. WI and Lena May (Butler) Bales, Fautt b.
