- Cassville, Mo., June 9 -
Funeral services were conducted for Fireman First Class Joe N. Bishop, who was killed in an accidental explosion on his ship off the Korean coast.
Burial followed in Oak Ridge cemetery.
Full military rites were conducted at the graveside by members of of the Jenkins post of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
