Mr. Elmer A. Gerloff, 55, of 306 Avondale, died in a local hospital Dec. 20, 1968. He had been employed by Kelly Air Force Base for 20 years. He was a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church, Holy Name Society, Men's Club, and St. Cecilia's Bowling Club.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Beatrice Gerloff, sons, Alfred A. and Elmer Lee Gerloff of San Antonio; daughters: Mrs. David (Bonnett) Blacketer, Houston; Mrs. Jimmy (Nora ) Bowman, Federal Way, Washington. Mrs. Gordon (Joy) Rdaecke, Essex, Maryland; Mrs. Danny (Mary Linda) Dinkia; Miss Cynthia Gerloff, San Antonio. 9 grandchildren; mother Mrs. Fieda Gerloff, Kerrville, brothers: Willie of Corpus Christi; Milton, of Fredericksburg, and Lester Gerloff of San Antonio. Sisters: Anita CrewilgeNeffendor, doos, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews.
