Hugh Louis Arnaud The Picayune Item CARRIERE July 12, 2008 08:49 pm — Funeral Services will be held at Roseland Park Baptist Church Monday, July 14, 2008 at 10 a.m. for Hugh Louis Arnaud, 74 of Carriere, who passed away Friday, July 11, 2008 in Hattiesburg. The Rev. Kriss Haymes will officiate at the services. Burial will be Monday, July 14, 2008 in Collins City Cemetery at 2 p.m. in Collins, Miss. under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home of Picayune. He was a member of the Roseland Park Baptist Church, and a former member of First Baptist Church of Kenner, La. Mr. Arnaud attended Jackson Central High School and graduated from Chamberlain Hunt Military School in Port Gibson, Miss. He also attended Mississippi College in Jackson. Mr. Arnaud was employed as a Title Surveyor for Amoco Oil Company. He was relocated with his family and job in 1965 from Jackson to New Orleans, La. Mr. Arnaud retired after 35 years and relocated from Metairie, La. to Carriere, in 2002. He was preceded in death by: his father, Phil Arnaud; his mother, Maud Arnaud; and his brother: Lt. Col. John F. Arnaud. Survivors include: his wife of 53 years, Roma G. Arnaud of Carriere; one Son, Mike and his wife Pat Arnaud, of Greensboro, N.C.; one daughter, Mitzi and her husband Bobby Hebert of Pearl River, La.; three grandchildren, John Arnaud, Kelly Arnaud, and Katie Hebert; and one sister, Barbara Arnaud of Jackson. Visitation will be Monday, July 14, 2008 at 8:30-10 a.m. at Roseland Park Baptist Church in Picayune. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Roseland Park Baptist Bus Fund or Christian Care Ministry.
