FLORA E. WILLIAMS

Mrs. Flora E. Williams, daughter of Charles and Mary Blanchard, was born on a farm north of Algona, Iowa, May 14, 1879. She passed away April 16, 1962 at the Baker Nursing Home in Chariton, Iowa.

She moved with her family to Elmore, Minn., where she met and married Paul H. Williams in 1900. Mr. Williams passed away in 1959.

Mr. and Mrs. Williams moved to Chariton in 1936 and had been residing for the last several years in the Baker Nursing Home. Both of them were members of the First Baptist church at Chariton.

She leaves one son, Norval W. Williams, and two grandchildren, Dean and Bruce Williams of Chicago; two sisters, Bessie Kiser of Colorado and Rose Mitchell of Oregon; and one niece, Helen Talley of California.

Services were held Tuesday, April 19 at 1:30 p.m., at the Beardsley-Fielding Funeral Home with the Rev. John Bauserman officiating. Interment was in the Chariton cemetery.

FLORA E. WILLIAMS
