RITES FRIDAY for ROYAL McKIMMY
Royal Raymond McKimmy, 72, retired Tobacco Township farmer, passed away Saturday, January 12, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Cletus Bushroe of Tucson, Ariz., where he and Mrs. McKimmy were spending the winter. Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Theodore McKimmy, he was born October 9, 1890 at Blissfield, Michigan. He was married to Miss Eva Eva Stutzman September 10, 1911 at Wauseon, Ohio. She survives him. Mr. McKimmy was a member of the Beaverton Church of the Brethren where he was a senior deacon.
Other survivors include three sons, Clair, of Beaverton, Ralph, of Sanford, and Harold of Perrysburg, Ohio; two daughters, Mrs. Cletus Bushroe and Mrs. Virgil Asch, both of Tucson; a brother, David McKimmy of Toledo, Ohio; and three sisters, Mrs. Lulu Kintner of Adrian, Mrs. Clara Hughes and Mrs. Clifford Horn of Beaverton;18 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Mr. McKimmy will be at the Hall Funeral HomeThursday and taken to the church Friday noon. Services will be held Friday, at 1:30 p.m. at the Beaverton Church of the Brethren with the pastor, the Rev. Randall Roose, officiating, Burial will be in the Dale Cemetery.
