He was the son of Aaron Joshua Gadd, Sr. and Lillie Mae Dotson.

OCALA-- Aaron Gadd Jr., 75, a retired parts manager for Turnipseed Chevrolet, died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1999, at Ocala Regional Medical Center.

A native of Tuscumbia, AL, he came here 60 years ago. Mr. Gadd was a member of First Baptist Church of Ocala, and was also a member of the Marion Dunn Lodge, Ocala Shrine Club, Scottish Rite, and Morocco Shrine Temple, Jacksonville. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Ernestine Gadd; daughters, Kathy Murphy, Vickie Anderson, both of Ocala and Peggy Flores, Atlanta; son, Aaron Gadd III of Ocala; brothers, Tommy M. Gadd and Billy Gene Gadd, both of Ocala; sisters Patsy Hayes, Battle Creek and Betty Evans, Tuscumbia, AL; and 10 grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Ocala Building Fund.
