Percy "Timmy" Bryant, 49, of Frankfort, husband of Nina Sue Bryant, died Monday, Nov. 8, 2004, at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center.
A native of Waynesboro, Va., he was the son of Harry Clayton Bryant of Frankfort and the late Dorothy Stinnett Bryant. He was a former truck driver for BFI and a member of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Laura Beth Smith, Frankfort; three sons, Edward Clayton Bryant, Timothy Ryan Bryant, and Shawn Michael Bryant, all of Frankfort; a sister, Sharon Lynn Bryant, Frankfort; a brother, Matthew Bryant, Frankfort; a grandson; four step-grandchildren; and one step great-granddaughter. A brother, Harry Anthony Bryant, and a sister, Carolyn Bryant Rose, are deceased.
Services were conducted Friday, Nov. 12, 2004, at LeCompte-Johnson-Taylor Funeral Home by the Rev. Raymond Castillo. Burial was in Bethel Cemetery. Casket bearers were Jack Bourgeois, Tony Lay, Jeff West, Dale Bryant, Gary Bryant, Jessie Terrell. Honorary bearers were family and friends attending the service.
