COLORADO CITY -- Ann Bassham, 82, of Coahoma, died Tuesday, Feb. 4, in Odessa.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, at the Coahoma Church of Christ with Russ Mullins officiating. Interment will follow at Colorado City Cemetery.

She was born on Jan. 20, 1921 in Midland, and married F.M. "Fred'' Bassham on Oct. 4, 1940 in Colorado City. He preceded her in death on Nov. 2, 1992. She was a member of Coahoma Church of Christ.

Survivors include four daughters, Linda Rhoton of Monahans, Karen Christie of Tyler and Gwen Dukes and Bettye Williams, both of Odessa; one brother, Jack P. Davis of Omaha, Neb.; one sister, Jean Huff of Bryan; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents.

The family suggest memorials to Home Hospice, 516 N. Texas, Odessa, Texas, 79761 or to the Coahoma Church of Christ, 311 N. 2nd Street, Coahoma, Texas, 79511.

The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home of Big Spring.
