From "A Genealogy_The Johnson Clan: Also: Hall, Moorman, Wall and Whitehorn" by Garner J Phillips, Springfield Missouri 1977

Ada Mae (Whitehorn) Johnson was born in Algona IA. She and her sister, Della Lena, married bothers. She married Alonzo; Della married Ireatus. Ada was a milliner in Whittemore IA before marriage. She was an avid Sunday school worker in the Baptist church. A back-ailment necessitated surgery at the U of IA hospital and made her an invalid the last ten years of her life. She never allowed pain or disability to affect her cheerfulness or her interest in her family friends and surroundings.
She and Alonzo had one child: son Lionel Whitehorn Johnson who later changed his name to Willard.
