Paducah Man Dies In Blaze - Curtis Edward Boston, 54, of 2800 Broadway died as the result of smoke inhalation in a fire Sunday, according to Jack Vinson, deputy Mccracken County coroner. Vinson said the fire of undetermined origin apparently began in the kitchen and spread through the two-story brick home.

Three units of the Paducah Fire Department was dispatched at 4:51 p.m., according to a fire department report. Vinson said Boston had moved to Paducah about 2y2 months ago from Marion.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at the Tucker Funeral Chapel in Marion with the Rev. Wilbur Webb and the Rev. John L. Coomer officiating. Burial will be in the Mapleview Cemetery.

There were no immediate survivors.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 a.m. today.
