Alan Lee Beam, 41, Sugarland, Texas, and formerly of Olney, died at 12 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 1988 in his home.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Gibson presiding. Visitation will be Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. Burial will be in Crest Haven Cemetery.
Mr. Beam was born May 29, 1946, in Olney, the son of Albert and Helen (Shultz) Beam. He married Mitzi Grinestaff and she survives.
He was a self-employed cabinet maker. He was a U.S. Army veteran
Surviving in addition to his wife, are a daughter, Stephanie, at home; a brother, Frank and wife Diane Beam, Olney; a brother-in-law Glenn and wife Gwenn Eyer, Alton; a sister, Mrs. Neil (Marla) Boxell, Houston, Texas; his mother, Helen Beam, Olney and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Sheila Eyer.
