She was the daughter of Jesse Franklin (1890-1969) and Ethel Marie Robinson (1889-1928) Wrennick.

Her sister: Mary Ethel Wrennick Jackson (1909-1998).

Beulah's mother died when Beulah was 17 years old. She was raised by her aunt, Edna Morrow, (her mother's sister). Ten months after her mother's death she married Leo.

Beulah married Leo Benjamin Merz (1897-1966) on 18 Jun 1929 in Lafayette, Tippecanoe Co, Indiana.

Their children: Cloe Ann Merz Miller (1930-2003); Charles Douglas Merz and Sandra Carole Merz Abella.

She was co-owner of Merz Pharmacy in Indianapolis on the westside for 45 years, retiring in 1964. She was a 50 year member of the Bridgeport Chapter 513 Order of the Eastern Star. Ben Davis Christian Church and the Women's Organization of the National Association of Retail Druggists.

After her husband died in 1966 she worked at L S Ayres (department store) in Indianapolis a short time. She collected salt and pepper shakers. She was an avid soap opera watcher. "The Young and the Restless" was her favorite.

She died at at 90 years 10 months 28 days.
