Jerry L. Patton 44 of Costa Mesa, California and formerly of East Jordan, died Wednesday March 2, 2011 at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, California.
He was born on April 30, 1966 in Charlevoix Michigan the son of George and Norma(Gee) Patton.
He grew up in East Jordan and graduated from East Jordan High School in 1984. He worked five years at Allied Signal in Boyne City, now known as Honeywell International Inc.
He then moved to California. He worked for Jacob's Engineering and then IMS in Brea, California in computer network design.
He is survived by his mother, Norma Patton of East Jordan; brother, George Patton, Jr. of East Jordan; sister Robin (Joe Walling)Patton of Boyne City. nephew George Patton III of East Jordan; nieces, Shianne Patton of East Jordan and Taylor Patton of Boyne City. maternal grandparents Glen (Lillian Bricker) Gee of East Jordan, fraternal grandmother, Mary Ella Patton of Boyne City.; his fiance' Yvette Shephard of Indiana.
