Benjamin S. Ahalt.
Benjamin S. Ahalt died Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock at his late home near Broad Run, of pneumonia, aged 88 years and six months. He is survived by three children, John M., near Creagerstown; William, near Middletown, and L.C. of Broad Run. He is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Jacob Young, Middletown, and two brothers, Joshua B. and Jacob L. both of near Middletown and several grandchildren.
Funeral will be held Thursday morning and services will be held at the Lutheran church, Middletown, at 11 o'clock. with Rev. H. C. Erdman, of Burkittsville, officiating. Interment will be made in Lutheran cemetery. C. T. K. Gladhill, funeral director.

The funeral of Benjamin S. Ahalt took pace from the Lutheran church, Middletown, of which he was a member, on Thursday morning at 11 o'clock, with Rev. H. C. Erdman, of the Burkittsville Lutheran church, officiating. The pallbearers were six of his grandchildren, as follows: Luther, Marshall, Claude, Homer, Paul, and Floyd Ahalt. Interment in the Lutheran cemetery at Middletown.
