He was preceded in death by his parents. Three brothers: Elworth, Dale and Leland Moore. Five sisters: Euline Porter, Alicestene Hudson, Inez Roberts, Edith Roberts and Eva Roberts.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Sue Moore. Three sons: Steve (Jane) Moore, Fayette, AL; Keith (Bonnie) Moore, Tuscaloosa, AL; Karl (Colleen) Moore, Duncansville, PA. One daughter: Lisa (Michael) Parker, Cullman, AL. Seven grandchildren: Tom Moore, Jason Moore, Chad Moore, James Moore, Brandon Moore, Peyton Parker and Deacon Parker. One brother: Monroe Moore.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 7, 2011 at Nelson Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Ralph Smith and Rev. Alan Magouirk officiating.
