Lulu B. Testroet, 98, died Monday at her home. She was born Jan 1, 1890, to William and Della Zabka Wilbur in Stanton County where she received her schooling. She married William Barnica in Stanton County in 1908. He died 1924.
She moved to Keith County in 1924 and married John Testroet in Feb 1925 in Ogallala. He died in Jan 1984.
Mrs Testroet was an active member of St.Lukes Catholic Church and Altar Society.
Survivors include two sons, a sister,five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Ogallalla Cemetery.

Lulu's Obit has an error in it. Her first husband died in 1919...not 1924. Her 1920 U.S.F.C. also shows her as a widow in 1920 (see census record below). Her first husband is attached to her page and also shows 1919 as year of death. She is living with their two children with her deceased husband's parents in 1920.
