Clyde L. Harrison Sr., 78, of 1709 Sixth Avenue, Scottsbluff, died Monday at his home. He was born Feb. 10, 1880, at Greenfield, Iowa. He married Amy B. Fink August 26, 1902, in Scottsbluff. He came to the valley in 1901 and was recognized as one of the early builders and contractors in the valley, especially in Scottsbluff. He was a member of the Plymouth Congregational Church.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Ivan of Denver and Clyde Jr. of Scottsbluff; two daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Wildy of Arlington, Va., and Mrs. Helen Davis of Scottsbluff, 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Read Funeral Home with the Rev. A. W. Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery. ###
