Portland, May 31---As a result of injuries...Charles N. Skinner, 43, former well known Portland resident died at 12:30 this morning at the General Hospital at Cincinnati from a fractured skull. The remains will be brought back to this city for burial.

Charles N. Skinner was born in Portland, December 15, 1879, the son of Salathiel and Amaretta Skinner. The mother survives together with his wife and the following brothers: Ovid of New Pittsburgh, Milton and William of Portland, and Calvin of Houston, Texas. One sister Mrs. Mae McCullough, of Baltimore, Md. also survives."
