She had been in failing health two years. Born in Williamsport, she was married in 1971 to Milton "Pete" Adams and he survives. She was a member of the Williamsport Christian Church and the Attica VFW Auxiliary.
Surviving with her husband are a daughter, Kimberly Dianne Roark and two sons, Karl David Roark and Tony Adams, all at home; two step-daughters, Mrs. Terry Craft of Attica and Mrs. Dennis Hoggard of Newtown; her mother, Mrs. Julia May Manus of Williamsport; and a granddaughter, Sherry Hoggard.
