Resa Brenner (nee Max) was a loyal wife to Samuel, "Sy" Brenner, a dear mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, and an incredible maker of apple sauce. This great niece remembers entering her home to walls covered with precious family photos, and oo'ing and ah'ing over her collection of cups and saucers, as well as displays of her fine needlepoint work. She fought a long, valiant battle the Alzheimer's and retained her sense of humor to the end. The pamphlet for her service mentioned that she'd always be 29, because in her heart, she was forever young.
