Funeral services for Mrs. Gerda Andersen, 2229 N. Watts street, will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Pearson Funeral church. Burial will be at Crescent Grove cemetery near Tigard. Mrs. Andersen was born in Posgrunn, Norway, October 8, 1883. She came to the United States in 1900. She moved to Portland in 1924 and was a member of the Vancouver Avenue Methodist church. Survivors include the widower, Rev. Arnt M. Andersen; sons Allen Leonard and Gorden Arnold, both of Portland; daughters Ruth Moy of Frankfort, Ind., Harriet Roshak of Garen Home, Ethel Leskela of Aloha, Lilly Stark of Beaverton and Alpha Brisbin of Cedar Mills; seven grandchildren, and three sisters in Norway.
