Seymour B. Torrey

Seymour B. Torrey, a resident of Ceres for twenty years died at his home in that village Wednesday evening at eleven o'clock following an illness since January.
He was born at Java, N.Y., April 13, 1862 and had been an employe of the Pennsylvania Railroad for a number of years.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Martha Torrey, four daughters, Mrs. James Sherman of Richburg, Miss Laura Torrey of Niagara Falls, Miss Edria Torrey and Miss Nina Torrey of Ceres; five sons, Lyman, Adrian, Orrin, Jasper and Manley Torrey of Ceres and one brother, Edward(sic) L. Torrey of Olean.

Seymour Torrey Funeral Is Held

Funeral services for Seymour B. Torrey of Ceres, who died in that village Wednesday evening following an illness of a long duration, were held Saturday afternoon at two o'clock at the late home.
Burial was in Pleasant Valley cemetery.
