Mrs. Loraw was born Feb. 16, 1925, in Tapahanock, Va. She lived in Glen Burnie for the last 54 years.
She formerly worked as a glass inspector with Carr-Lowrey Glass Company in Baltimore.
Mrs. Loraw was a member of the Glen Burnie Women of the Moose.
She enjoyed cooking, traveling and entertaining.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Loraw; and her parents, Sherman Schools and Lucy Ella Burch Schools-Hammond.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara E. Bennett of Glen Burnie.
Funeral services were held yesterday at Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home. Interment was in Glen Haven Memorial Park
