Charlotte Marie Carter Winebrinner 68, of Clinton, formerly a Eureka Williams employee passed away on Monday March 14, 2011 in her family residence surrounded by those that loved her.
Charlotte was born on January 7, 1943 in Decatur Macon County Hospital to Charles Clayton Carter and Violet Marie Reed Carter. She married Darrel Winebrinner on January 10,1959. He proeceded her in death on July 7, 2010.
Surviving are her four children, Chuck Winebrinner (Debbie Hensley)of Clinton,; Ladonna Monkman (Rick) of Clinton; Leigh-Anne Wise (Mike) of Dewitt; Thomas Winebrinner (Tracy) of Lincoln. She leaves behind her life long friend Marge Leevey (Kenneth) of Decatur. Also surviving are two brothers Orion D. Carter (Ursula) of Rochester, NY, and Jesse Edward Carter (Beth) of Decatur,
and seven grandchildren, Ricky Monkman (Jessica) of Clinton; Shelbi Tanner (Jimmy) of Clinton, Dusti Hopper (Terry Taylor) of Clinton; Michael Wise of Dewitt; James Winebrinner of Lincoln; Justin Winebrinner- Dodd of Clinton; Joey Winebrinner-Dodd of Clinton; three great grandchildren, Carter, Cash and Coltyn Tanner all of Clinton.
