Ms. Ruby Alice Alexander, 70, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 9:15 P.M., Friday, June 11, 2010 at her residence.

She was born November 28, 1939 in Webster County, KY to the late Homer and Florence Holmes Alexander. She was also preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

Ms. Alexander was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by four daughters, Debra Smith of Tampa, FL, Kathy Biggerstaff of McLeansboro, Il, Norma Lemon of Evansville, IN and Rebecca Adams of Madisonville; three sons, Johnny Garrett of Evansville, Randall Vincent of Decatur, Al and William Bender of Madisonville; three sisters, Judy Quisenberry of Providence, KY, Wilma Rogers of Rabbit Ridge, KY and Ivydale Waddell of Providence; two brothers, Frank Alexander of Gary, IN and Henry Alexander of Diamond, KY and many loved grand and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, June 14, 2010 at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Mr. Ralph Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery in Nebo, KY.

Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. until the service time on Monday at the funeral home.
