Meyer, Ervin Peter (Feb. 20, 1910-Dec. 17, 1990 –husband of Gertrude Fetterer [married Oct. 5, 1940 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, City of Sheboygan] –son of Isadore Meyer and Anna Anhalt –served in the US Army during World War II –inducted on Oct. 20, 1943 and discharged Nov. 5, 1945 –on May 7, 1940 purchased the vacant lot at 107 South Fifth Avenue and had a house built –Ervin built this house with the help of his brothers and his father –this house served not only as a residence but also the location of his paint supply business –the paint shop was in operation from 1946 to 1974, which is when Ervin retired –lived here until selling to Frederick A. Koeppen on April 6, 1978 –moved from St. Nazianz to Kiel and, in 1981, moved to the City of Sheboygan –at time of death lived at 919 Wisconsin Avenue, apt. 107, City of Sheboygan –died from "ventricular fibrillation, minutes –coronary artery disease, years") –buried Calvary Cemetery, City of Sheboygan
