He married Zelma Stewart and to this union 6 sons & 6 daughters were born. He is survived by daus. Patricia, Frances, Lori, Debbie and Lisa. Also by sons Tom, John, Kenneth, David, Daniel & Troy. He was preceded in death by dau. Peggy Swann.
He spent spent most of his working life at the paper mill in Quincy, Il. Later on he moved to the Kirksville area, working at the creamery. He retired in Yarrow and spent his time raising dogs as he was an avid coon hunter in his younger days. He also read his Bible daily.
He passed away in the hospital in Columbia, Mo and is dearly missed.
