Succumbs to Second Stroke of Paralysis at Carson
P.A. Bourg, deputy sheriff at Carson, and for many years a faithful officer in Lake Charles, died Saturday night two hours after sustaining a second stroke of paralysis. His funeral was conducted by Rev. Father Walsh at DeRidder yesterday. Mr. Bourg is survived by his wife and five children; Mrs. Burl Iles* of Fisher, La., and Harold, Estelle, Paul and Elmo at home. He was a good man, a loving husband and father, and will be mourned by many friends.
