Alma Bernice Geisbert, 72, of Ranson, W.V., passed away Thursday, Nov. 22, 2007, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital.
She was born March 22, 1935, in Gaithersburg, and was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mabel McMahon Arnold.
She was a member of the Washington Grove Methodist Church, Washington Grove.
She is survived by her husband of fifty years, Calvin E. Geisbert Sr.; four daughters, Linda Geisbert, Donna Fiscue and husband, George, of Winslow, Ind., Darlene Williamson and Loretta Geisbert, both of Ranson; two sons, Calvin E. Geisbert Jr. and wife, Tammy, and Timothy W. Geisbert and wife, Nicole, all of Harpers Ferry; three brothers, Frank Arnold, of Keyser, W.V., Elmer Arnold of Hagerstown, and Carroll Arnold, of Harpers Ferry, W.V.; 19 grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Thomas Lee Arnold; three sisters and four brothers.
Services will be held at 3 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 27, at the Eackles-Spencer and Norton Funeral Home, U.S. 340 at Halltown Road, Charles Town/Harpers Ferry, W.V., with the Rev. Melissa C. Rudolph officiating. Interment will be in Edge Hill Cemetery at Charles Town.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m, Monday, at the funeral home.
