ELIZABETH FRY
---Mrs. Elizabeth Fry, aged eighty-two years, nine months and twelve days, died at the home of her son, Thomas Fry, four miles southwest of La Plata Saturday afternoon, September 20, after a lingering illness.
---She was married to Asberry H. Fry on January 22, 1848.
---Funeral services were conducted at the residence by Rev. H.A. Browning Monday morning at ten o'clock after which the remains were laid to rest in the La Plata cemetery by the side of those of her husband who departed this life seven years ago.
---She is survived by two sons, James and Thomas, and a host of friends who mourn her departure.
---She was a loving mother and grandmother and a true friend and neighbor and will be missed in the community in which she lived so long.
