Funeral services for Emanuel Keck, 90 year old Guthrie farmer who died at the Bemidji Luteran Hospital Saturday evening at 6:30, will be held at Guthrie at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon. Interment will be at Guthrie; the Rev. J Syverson will officiate.
Mr Keck was born in Indiana March 20 1852, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Keck. He moved to Iowa in 1874 and to South Dakota in 1907. He has been a resident of Minnesota since 1927. He had been ill only a month.
He was united to Mary Jane Vasey in October 1874 in Wisconsin. He was a member of the Firends Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Laurena* Wolf of Guthrie and Mrs. Gladys Eagen of Wilmot SD one son William of Perry, Iowa; 22 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and one brother Dan of Tulare Calif. The body will be at the McKee Funeral home here until the time of the services.
