Loganville Wilbur Leroy Krout, 17 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. K.A. Krout, died Tuesday evening at 11:25 o'clock at the West Side Sanatariun, where he was a patient for eight days. Death was due to pneumonia.
The deceased, who was a junior student at William Penn Senior High School, York, and a member of Christ Lutheran Church, this place, leaves his parents and these brothers and sisters: Victor, Pauline, Kurvin Jr., and Nelson Krout and Mrs. J.T. Sheets, at home; Mrs. Luther Snyder and Mrs. Stuart Bortner, this place.
The funeral will be held Friday, with brief rites at the Krout home, and concluding services at Christ Lutheran Church, this place. Rev. H. G. Kline, pastor of the church, will officiate. Interment will be made in Loganville cemetery.
Funeral Director Harry C. Geiple, Glen Rock, has charge of arrangements.
Leroy died Dec 29, 1942 age 17 years and 7 months. Friends may call at the home of his parents on Thursday evening from 7 to 9.
