Doice Arthur Chandler

Funeral services for Doice Arthur Chandler, 78, of Falkville were Monday, April 9, 2007, at Williams-McCracken Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Billy Teague officiating, with interment in Mt. Carmel Baptist Cemetery.

Williams-McCracken Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Chandler passed away on Friday, April 6 at his residence. He was born to Elbert Arthur and Ella Beatrice Morgan Chandler. He was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and was retired from Daubert Chemical Products.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Faye Reaid Chandler; a son, Kenneth A. Chandler; a daughter-in-law, Susan M. Chandler; a son-in-law, Keith Lockamy; seven brothers; and three sisters.

He is survived by a son, Keith E. Chandler Sr.; three daughters, Denice Stisher (Ted) Howell, Dennett (Jerry) Wood and Delishie (Randy) Hill; a daughter-in-law, Laura Chandler; 13 grandchildren, Keith Edward (Sylvia) Chandler Jr., Cheryl (Charlie) Kinnard, Shontel (Eric) Newman, Samantha (Kevin) Etheredge, Dannielle Mitchell, Kaycea Chandler, Gayle Wood, LaTayne Wood, Matthew Arthur Stisher, Donovan Chandler Stisher, Sarah Lockamy, Jacob Lockamy and Kelly Lockamy; 19 great-grandchildren; and a host of others who called him Paw Paw.

Visitation was Sunday.
