EASTMAN, Myers, Mitzi Linn, age 51, was born August 29, 1957, in Lancaster, California. After a long struggle with sobriety, she is at peace with the Lord. Over the years, she has been helped and in return, she reached out and helped many others. She is preceded in death by her dad, Daniel Blair Myers, mother, Rita Irene Smith, and her friend in life John Wayne King. Mitzi is survived by her daughter Carly Eastman, sister Sherri Myers (Costy von Massenbach) and their children Hagen and Seffi von Massenbach, sister Debbie Conrad (Jay) and their girls Ronnica Moore (Bobby) and Tamara Birdsong (Daniel), all of Texas. Her brother, Steve Baker (Alice) and her niece Rachel Jackson (David), her step-father Stanley Smith (Reva), many other family friends, and extended family. She will always be grateful for her friends and fellow workers at the Open Door in Lancaster. A Memorial service honoring Mitzis Life is planned in the Chapel at Grace Chapel, 44648 15th Street West, Lancaster, October 9, 2008, at 4 p.m.
